This monthly social event is designed for both novices and seasoned crafters. Our gathering provides a perfect opportunity to learn new skills in the timeless arts such as: sewing, quilting, knitting, weaving, and beading.

Whether you’re a curious beginner or a seasoned artisan – Happy Maker Hour is an opportunity to relax, create, and cultivate community. Come join us as we make new crafts and connections!

March’s featured Maker/Group Leader: Richelle Johnson, is a talented artisan, and the owner of Queen’s Temple Handmade Artisan Soaps. As a survivor of cancer, a Public Service retiree, and entrepreneur, Richelle deeply values the importance of taking care of oneself – including knowing what is going in and on the body. In turn, she has devoted years to creating quality, eco-conscious skin care products for her loved ones and customers; while continuously embracing the of joy of sharing knowledge about her craft for the good of the community.
